Abstract

After winning Exhibitor Magazine’s 2017 Sizzle Award for our interactive booth at the annual ExhibitorLive, the premier Conference for Trade Show and Corporate Event Marketing, my group (Mirror Show Management) wanted to up the ante in 2018 with a fully interactive multiplayer game-show-in-a-booth. My experience in Game Design, UX and Product Design helped us great a truly unique gaming experience

In our custom booth we had three joined 80 inch screens taking up the front wall, displaying the game-board (pictured below with Pantone color palette). In front of each of the three players is a large podium topped with a large touchscreen and RFID reader. The RFID reader reads their individual game piece (which is them programmed with their contact information) and used to play the game. On each player’s touchscreen, they are shown their questions, answers and other game options.
